PLeaSe Comics Rights & Events agency is delighted to end the year on a high note with great news for two of its represented authors: Linus Liu and Pen So, each awarded a Bronze Prize at the Japan International Manga Award.
Established in 2007 by Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this award recognizes non-Japanese creators who advance global manga culture through international exchange.
The PLeaSe team is proud to represent both prizewinning titles on the international market: Dali Libreria by Pen So and Trio by Linus Liu.
These two Hong Kong works - one aimed at adults, the other at young readers - have captivated us with their elegance and originality. We are thrilled that the Japan International Manga Award jury shares our enthusiasm, and we hope 2026 brings them widespread international distribution.
